I am having trouble recording

First, double check that your camera and microphone settings have been enabled—in order for Beme to work, they both have to be on.

To check, go to the “Settings” menu on your device, select Beme, and make sure that everything is on before trying to record again.

If you’re still having issues recording, you’ve probably run into a bug. Email support@beme.com with the subject line “Bug Report” to let us know. In the body of your email, be sure to include

  1. the device you’re using,

  2. the version of iOS or Android you’re running,

  3. the version of Beme you’re having trouble with, and

  4. a detailed description of what happens when you try to record.
